2. Sear the Beef
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high. Stir-fry beef 2–3 minutes until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside.
3. Cook the Vegetables
Add remaining oil. Stir-fry bell pepper and broccoli 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp. Add garlic and ginger; cook 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Make the Sauce
Whisk together lime juice, soy sauce, and sugar until smooth. This creates the sticky, sweet-savory glaze.
5. Combine Everything
Return beef to the pan. Add sauce, chilies, and spring onions. Stir until coated and sauce thickens slightly.
