• 1 tbsp ginger & garlic paste
• 450g tomatoes (chopped)
• 1 tsp red chili powder
• 1–2 tsp cumin powder
• 1 tsp coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
• 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
• Salt to taste

• Food color
• Saffron + milk
• Fresh mint & coriander (chopped)
• Fried onions
• Kewra water
