1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). Baking tray pe parchment + wire rack lagao, thoda oil spray karo.
2. Chicken ko garlic powder, salt aur pepper ke saath season kar lo.
3. 3 bowls ready karo:
• Bowl 1: flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, paprika
• Bowl 2: eggs + 2 tbsp hot sauce
• Bowl 3: panko breadcrumbs
4. Chicken ko pehle flour mix me coat karo, phir egg me dip karo, phir breadcrumbs me press karke coat karo.
5. Pan me thoda oil heat karo, medium-high pe 3–4 min per side fry karo until golden.
6. Ab rack pe shift karke oven me 10–12 min bake karo (internal temp 75°C / 165°F).
7. Sauce ke liye: hot sauce + butter + garlic powder heat karo jab tak smooth ho jaye.
8. Chicken ko sauce me toss karo achhe se coat hone tak.
9. Garma-garam serve karo ranch ya blue cheese ke saath
