Subway Launches Its First-Ever Value Menu—Here’s What’s Included

Forget footlongs—it’s all about the six-inchers now, a phrase I never thought I’d write. For the first time in its 60-year history, Subway is launching a nationwide value menu where every item costs less than $5.

According to the chain, the menu emphasizes quality, with nearly every item offering more than 20 grams of protein and fewer than 500 calories. The main stars of the lineup are the Deli Faves, which include four classic, fully customizable six-inch sandwiches for just $3.99 each. Those options are the BLT, Cold Cut Combo, and the all-new Spicy Pepperoni and Ham & Salami.

In addition to the Deli Faves, the value menu includes Protein Pockets, priced at $3.99, along with a rotating six-inch Sub of the Day for $4.99. Customers also have the option to turn any of those orders into a meal for just $2 more, which includes chips and a drink.
