A large pot of boiling water
A bowl of ice water
A sharp knife

1. Wash and Prep the Tomatoes
Rinse the tomatoes thoroughly under cool running water to remove dirt and debris.
Remove any stems or blemishes. You don’t need to peel or chop them unless you prefer to do so.
