Pool noodles (any color) — 1 per luminary
LED tea lights or fairy lights — 1 set per luminary
Craft knife or serrated knife
Ruler or measuring tape
Clear waterproof sealant (optional, for outdoor durability)
Decorative tape or paint (optional)
Directions
Measure and mark the pool noodle into sections approximately 4–6 inches long, depending on your preferred height.
Carefully cut the pool noodle at the marked sections using a craft knife or serrated knife.
(Optional) Decorate the sections with tape or paint to add patterns or color.
Insert an LED tea light or a small bundle of fairy lights into the center of each noodle section.
(Optional) Apply a clear waterproof sealant to the cut edges to protect against moisture and extend outdoor use.
