1 large egg

1/2 cup all-purpose flour or potato starch

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Salt to taste

The Creamy Cabbage & Sauce:

1 small head of green cabbage, shredded

1 cup heavy cream or sour cream

1/2 cup beef or vegetable broth

2 tablespoons butter

Fresh thyme or parsley for garnish
