Dylan and Cole Sprouse have lived in the spotlight for nearly their entire lives. The Sprouse twins were born on August 4, 1992, in Arezzo, Italy, where their American parents were working at the time. They moved back to the United States when the boys were just a few months old, settling in Long Beach, California. Almost immediately, they entered the world of acting.
At just eight months old, Dylan and Cole shared the role of Patrick Kelly on the ABC sitcom Grace Under Fire (1993–1998).
