What You Should Do
According to the Lundberg spokesperson, the company has reported the recall to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), but the agency has yet to release an announcement with instructions for consumers. That said, as a Class II recall, the safest option is not to eat the recalled rice and to throw it away. If you purchased the rice from Wegmans, you can also return it for a full refund.
